"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

you go to your profile. then you look for the search bar and then you will see your username and underneath your username, there will be another row of options. just scan across and you will see 'submit art' and from there it is quite self-explanatory
